Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 21 days from your purchase date to the date your order is shipped. Domestic shipping within the United Kingdom usually takes 5-7 working days. We also ship internationally which can take from between 7 - 21 days.
Buyers are responsible for all import and customs fees associated with their purchase. We encourage international shoppers to be aware of their country's fees before purchasing

Exchange Policy
Please note that all our products are handmade to order. This means that items are only made when you have placed an order for any item that is shown on our page. Should you change your mind after you place the order, we can only accept cancellation if it is made within 24 hours of the purchase date.

Returns are NOT accepted on bespoke & custom design orders, items with design customizations, or sample sale items.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied on all accessory items returned for a refund. This includes jewelry and veils.

Should your item arrive damaged or faulty (which can occasionally happens as we are humans too), please contact us immediately to inform us. The item can then be repaired or replaced once we receive the items back from you.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned undamaged. If a returned item is soiled (including makeup, pet hair) or has an odor (especially smoke) an additional £60.00 GBP cleaning fee will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and shipping costs associated with alterations.

Rush order and customization fees are non-refundable.
